All payments made through this website—including pre-registration fees, early memberships, and donations—are used to support the development and launch of our delivery platform.

Because these payments directly fund software development, operational expenses, and launch preparation, they may not qualify for a refund except where required by law.

By making a payment on this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Faster Drivers is not yet launched and is still under development.

  • All early memberships, pre-registration fees, and donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or legally required.

  • Purchasing a membership, submitting a pre-registration, or making a donation does not grant equity, ownership, investment rights, or guarantees of future service availability.

  • Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but approval is not guaranteed.

  • Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer and our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy 

Thank you for supporting Faster Drivers Delivery Service (“Faster Drivers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Because we are an early-stage startup currently in the development and pre-launch phase, all payments made through this website—including pre-registration fees, early memberships, and donations—are governed by the following Refund Policy.

By submitting a payment on this website, you agree to the terms described below.

1. General Policy — All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Faster Drivers through this website are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
This includes:

  • Restaurant early memberships

  • Driver early memberships

  • Customer pre-registrations

  • Donations or voluntary contributions

  • Promotional sign-up payments

  • Any other fees paid prior to the official launch of the Faster Drivers platform

Funds collected during this stage are used to support platform development, software engineering, marketing, and operational expenses.

2. Early Memberships (Restaurants & Drivers)

Early membership payments grant future access to Faster Drivers services once the platform launches.

Because these payments help fund the development of the platform and may activate future benefits, they are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.

This applies to:

  • Restaurant pre-launch membership fees

  • Driver license pre-payment fees

  • Discounted lifetime or multi-year memberships

  • Any early-access promotional rates

3. Donations

All donations are considered voluntary contributions made to support the development of Faster Drivers Delivery Service.

Accordingly:

  • Donations are non-refundable

  • Donations do not grant equity, ownership, investment rights, or profit-sharing

  • Donations do not guarantee access to services upon launch

4. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or see a duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

We will investigate and, if verified, issue a correction or refund for the erroneous charge.

5. Service Availability & Delays

Because Faster Drivers is in pre-launch development:

  • Timelines, features, and service availability may shift

  • Delays in launch or feature releases do not qualify as grounds for a refund

  • Pre-launch membership fees are contributions toward bringing the service to market

6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds to protect against:

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Unauthorized use of payment methods

  • Abuse of promotional pricing

  • Chargeback misuse

Users who submit illegitimate chargebacks may have their future access revoked.

If applicable laws require us to issue a refund in certain situations, we will comply, provided:

  • The request meets legal criteria

  • Sufficient proof is provided
